If you wish, you can send us an inquiry by email: info@cityboxvarna.bg. How can I pay for my stay at the hotel?You can make a direct payment through the site, we have a virtual POS terminal of DSK Bank or if you wish, you can pay in cash or by card at reception every day from 07:30 to 19:30.
Can I check into the hotel with a pre-booked reservation after reception hours?Yes, you can use our self-check-in terminal.
Can I check in without a reservation?The hotel has a self-check-in terminal that works 24/7 and if there are free rooms you can use it. For more information please watch the video.
Please note that if you use the terminal after midnight, you will have to vacate the room by 12:00 noon on the same day. Example: You check in at 05:00 in the morning, check out is by 12:00 noon on the same day. How will I access the room?NOTE: IF YOU ENTER THE CODE WRONG 5 TIMES, THE DOOR WILL LOCK, YOU MUST WAIT 3 MINUTES AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ENTER THE CODE AGAIN. Are there parking spaces?Currently, only Hotel Elitsa offers a limited number of paid parking spaces. When reserving a parking space, you will be asked for a deposit for a remote control that unlocks the garage door to the inner courtyard or the corresponding parking bracket, at the end of your stay the deposit will be refunded.
Is there breakfast?Breakfast at Elitsa Hotel is included in the price and is served from 08:00 to 10:00 every day. We believe that the best breakfast is the one prepared at the moment and that is why we decided to offer you something different:)
Each guest can prepare an omelette to their taste at the moment! At our buffet we rely only on the highest quality products! How do I vacate the room?The room is at your disposal until 12:00 on the day of your departure. Check-out is easy, just leave the room and close the door.
The code we sent you will stop working at 12:00 on the day of your departure. If we have given you a card, please drop it in the mailbox next to the reception. How can I cancel my reservation?To cancel your reservation please send us an email!
If you paid through the website, please include the reservation number in the email. * If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before check-in, we will refund the full amount; * If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before check-in, unfortunately we will not be able to refund your amount; Note: For reservations made for the high season (from July 1 to September 1) the amounts cannot be refunded. How can I get to the hotel from the airport, train station or bus station?You can order a taxi HIPPO taxi 0899 344 444 or Triumf taxi 0879 644 444 and both companies operate 24/7.
